The Inaugural 2013 Congress for the New Urbanism California Chapter Paul Crawford Award recipients are Elizabeth Moule and Stefanos Polyzoides, partners at Moule Polyzoides Architects & Urbanist. Recognized for their extraordinary achievements as Co-Founders of the Congress for the New Urbanism, outstanding leadership in crafting Form-Based Codes, Transit-Oriented Development projects, and innovation in techniques that build sustainable places. Elizabeth and Stefanos were unanimously selected by the CNU-CA board of directors due to their leadership and commitment to the principles outlined in the Charter for the New Urbanism and the promise that is California.
